CertainTeed Landmark Shingles

We offer shingles with all of the top manufacturers and can give you options for each. However, we have partnered with Certainteed as our preferred shingle partner. They offer a thicker shingle with a more comprehensive warranty then either GAF, Owens Corning and Tamko. With our engineering background we don’t fall for marketing games but rather dig deep into the product itself so that we can safely recommend it for our clients. We are Certainteed ShingleMaster certified and include a 30 year manufacturer’s warranty at no additional cost to our clients.

Metal Roofing

At Taylor Rae it’s all about partnerships. We have partnered with ATAS metals to provide steel, copper and aluminum roofing panels. Many profiles are available and if you haven’t considered metal roofing for your entire home or just an accent piece then you could be missing out on one of the best deals in roofing. Yes metal roofing is more expensive up front but it will last longer than asphalt roofing and it looks amazing. Painted panels from ATAS are available in 30 colors and in stock. Metal roofing is also a more environmentally friendly solution with the panels being recyclable and the manufacturing less harmful to the environment.

GUTTER PROTECTION

Well we all live in northern NJ weather it’s Morris County, Bergen County or Hunterdon county we are surrounded by lots of trees which means lots of leaves. Our recommendations is either hire someone to routinely clean your gutters or install a quality gutter protection system like Leaf Relief. Combined with our highest quality seamless gutter systems the Leaf Relief system provides protection and beauty. Ordinary gutter protection either doesn’t do a good job or is big ugly and bulky.
